Mubarakah Ibrahim grew up with a deep love for sports. She has been in the health and fitness field for the last 20 years. However, when she was expecting her first baby something happened.
She approached 200 pounds in 3 months.

she said. Because of that experience she went on to study fitness, nutrition and other related subjects.
When she became a business owner, her business grew extremely fast – the rest is history.
She has been a guest in Oprah Winfrey’s show and featured in numerous programs and publications.
We all know that we live in a culture of nakedness and many coaches show their fit bodies in order to get clients. Having a Hijab and being a successful fitness coach shows that you can only have excuses or results but you cannot have both. What is even more inspiring is that as a Muslim entrepreneur, a good part of Mubarakah’s clients come from the Jewish community.
